Most orders are fulfilled in under 2 minutes. You'll receive an email with your key(s) and step-by-step redemption instructions. If anything takes longer than 10 minutes, contact support and we'll sort it.

Yes. We source from authorized distributors and publisher partners only. We don't deal in chargebacked or grey-market keys — that's how customers get bans, and how shops get shut down.

Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC and many more via NOWPayments) and bank transfer to our Suriname business account. We don't currently accept cards directly.

Report it within 14 days and we'll either replace it or refund you. Full stop. Send the order email and a screenshot of the error to support@cicadaservices.store.

Most platforms (PSN, Xbox, Nintendo) tie gift card redemption to account regions. A US PSN card won't work on an EU account. Steam gift cards are the main exception — those work globally.

No — guest checkout is fine. But if you create an account you can re-download your keys from your order history, get faster support, and view receipts for tax/expense purposes.

Where required by law, applicable taxes are added at checkout. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for import VAT, sales tax, or similar obligations on digital purchases — check your local rules.

We store only what we need: your email and order history. Crypto payments go through NOWPayments — we never see wallet keys or seed phrases. Bank transfers are visible to us only as a normal incoming transfer in our business banking. Read the full privacy policy for specifics.
